Local Vegas Service Pros (the “Platform”) provides an online directory that allows adult users to discover independent providers of lawful social companionship, event, hospitality, and promotional services in the Las Vegas area. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to access or use the Platform. By using the Platform you represent that you are 21 or older and that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2. Platform Role

The Platform is a directory and communications tool. Providers listed on the Platform are independent professionals. The Platform does not employ, engage, direct, supervise, endorse, recommend, or guarantee any provider.

3. Independent Providers

All arrangements, services, rates, schedules, and boundaries are determined solely by the provider and the user. The Platform is not a party to any arrangement between users and providers.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Prostitution or sexual services of any kind.
• Trafficking, coercion, or exploitation.
• Any activity involving minors.
• Illegal drugs or weapons.
• Harassment, threats, or fraud.
• Impersonation, stolen images, or misleading profiles.
• Language coded to evade platform standards.

5. Content and Profiles

Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their profile content. The Platform may remove any content that violates these Terms or the Provider Standards.

6. Payments

The Platform does not process payments between users and providers. Payment terms are established directly between the two parties.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. The Platform makes no warranty regarding providers, services, availability, safety, or outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any interaction with a provider.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from any claim arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your interactions with providers or other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

11. Changes

The Platform may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
