Provider Standards
Standards for Independent Providers
All providers listed on Local Vegas Service Pros must agree to and follow these standards.
Providers must
- Be at least 21 years old
- Provide accurate information
- Use current and authorized photos
- Describe services honestly
- Establish and communicate boundaries
- Control their own availability and rates
- Comply with applicable laws
- Avoid deceptive or coded descriptions
- Avoid harassment, threats, or coercion
- Never involve minors
- Never advertise sexual services
- Never facilitate trafficking or exploitation
- Respect client privacy
- Clearly communicate cancellation policies
- Avoid impersonation
- Avoid fake reviews
- Avoid misleading availability claims
Prohibited Services and Content
The following are strictly prohibited on the platform. Violations may result in profile removal and platform-wide restrictions.
- Prostitution
- Sexual services
- Explicit service menus
- Physical-act pricing
- Trafficking
- Coercion
- Exploitation
- Services involving minors
- Illegal drugs
- Threats or violence
- Non-consensual recording
- Fraud
- Impersonation
- Stolen images
- Misleading profiles
- Coded language intended to evade platform rules
Local Vegas Service Pros reserves the right to remove any profile or content that violates these standards or that the platform reasonably believes is misleading, illegal, or harmful.
